form. PhD students will need to provide proof of their status to qualify for free
registration.

accessing the conference platform.

Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations made up to 15 days before the conference will be refunded 50% of the
registration fee.
● No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
